How do I import DocuFlexPro receipts into QuickBooks?
Export your receipts from DocuFlexPro as a QuickBooks CSV. In QuickBooks Online, go to Banking > Upload transactions > select the CSV file. In QuickBooks Desktop, use File > Utilities > Import > Excel Files. The CSV columns match what QuickBooks expects, so no manual mapping is needed.
What data does DocuFlexPro extract from receipts?
Vendor name, transaction date, subtotal, tax amount (HST, GST, PST, QST, or US sales tax), total, payment method, individual line items with quantities and prices, and one of 12 expense categories. All fields map directly to QuickBooks transaction fields.
Does it work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop?
Yes. The CSV export is compatible with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise. QuickBooks Online accepts CSV uploads through the Banking tab. Desktop accepts them through the Import utility.
